You will need your contract of sale, proof of the size of your mortgage and a copy of your passport or driver’s licence as proof of your identity.
A DepositNow loan is secured through a caveatable interest in the property being sold. This results in a notice being lodged on the title of the property confirming CampaignAgent’s interest in the property. This notice is withdrawn when the DepositNow loan is repaid as part of the property settlement process.
No. Depending on your state, you can request an early deposit release (known as Section 27 in Victoria). This can take up to 28 days, however.
